• Conduct thorough physical counts of stock items regularly.
• Utilize inventory reports to gauge stock levels and performance.
• Help in reconciling inventory discrepancies and discrepancies.
• Coordinate with delivery teams for accurate goods receipt.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy in documentation.
• Assist in training and developing other inventory staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations in inventory areas.

• Relevant diploma or certificate in supply chain management or related field (advantageous).
• Inventory Management Software Familiarity with inventory management systems and tools.
• Microsoft Excel Proficient in using Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
• Barcode Scanners Able to operate barcode scanners for efficient inventory tracking.
• Attention to Detail Exceptional focus on detail to mitigate errors.
• Organizational Skills Strong ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Communication Skills Strong verbal and written communication for teamwork.
