Job Description

Join our team as a Stock Checker, where you'll oversee inventory levels through routine checks and ensure accuracy with stock records. Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail are essential to thrive in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough physical counts of stock items regularly.
  • Utilize inventory reports to gauge stock levels and performance.
  • Help in reconciling inventory discrepancies and discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with delivery teams for accurate goods receipt.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy in documentation.
  • Assist in training and developing other inventory staff.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations in inventory areas.
  • Work collaboratively with the logistics team on stock movements.
  • Provide insights for stock level forecasting.
  • Review inventory practices and suggest improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric.
  • Relevant diploma or certificate in logistics or supply chain management is preferred.
Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.
