Job Description

Become part of our team at Leading Pharmacy in Cape Town! As a pharmacist, you'll be responsible for accurate medication dispensing, providing patient counselling, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to enhance patient care services.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient consultations and answer health-related queries.
• Safeguard patient confidentiality at all times.
• Keep abreast of new medications and developments in the field.
• Assist in the development of pharmacy policies and procedures.
• Manage supply chain and inventory of medications.
• Handle medication returns and disposal according to regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Pharmacy is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a community pharmacy

• Pharmaceutical Formulations

Certifications

• CPR Certified

Languages

• Afrikaans: Conversational
• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Clinical Settings: Experience working in hospital pharmacies or clinical settings.
• Bilingual Skills: Ability to communicate in multiple languages including Afrikaans.
