Financial Analyst

Job Description

We're looking for a motivated Financial Analyst who will play a key role in interpreting complex financial data, preparing analytical reports for management, and assisting in budget preparation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and contribute to our strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Monitor financial performance metrics and identify risks and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain financial dashboards and reporting tools.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and profitability reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to assess financial impacts of business decisions.
• Support the finance team during audits and regulatory reviews.
• Engage in continuous improvement of financial models and practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Finance or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, investment analysis, or relevant positions
