As an Investment Banking Analyst based in Johannesburg, you will play a key role in financial advisory services. Your tasks will include preparing financial models, conducting market research, and supporting the transaction process from start to finish. We're looking for strategic thinkers with a strong quantitative background.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate financial performance and business strategies of clients.
• Draft comprehensive reports on market research findings.
• Participate in negotiations and deal structuring.
• Coordinate with legal teams to ensure compliance during transactions.
• Provide insights on financial market trends to senior management.
• Support post-merger integration efforts as required.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• MBA or equivalent is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in investment banking or a related field
