In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing monthly reports, and providing insights to support our financial strategy. Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather relevant financial data.
• Evaluate financial performance against established budgets.
• Manage financial records and ensure accounting compliance.
• Assist in implementing financial strategies to enhance performance.
• Provide insights on cost-saving opportunities across the organization.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Postgraduate qualifications are advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role

Technical Skills

• Financial Analysis
• Budgeting

• Teamwork

Certifications

• CIMA or ACCA certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational

Advantageous

• Experience in forensic accounting: Background in investigating financial discrepancies.
• Familiarity with SAP systems: Experience in working with SAP for financial management.
