Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration is preferred

Experience

• 5-7 years of investment banking experience

Technical Skills

• M&A Advisory
• Debt and Equity Financing

Soft Skills

• Negotiation
• Team Leadership

Certifications

• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
• Financial Risk Manager (FRM) is advantageous

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint: Experience using Excel for financial modeling and PowerPoint for presentations.
• Fluent in another language: Fluency in another language could be an advantage.
