Job Description

We are seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our growing team in Pretoria. In this role, you'll work with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making. You will be tasked with interpreting data, analyzing results, and providing ongoing reports and dashboards. A keen eye for data integrity and the ability to communicate your findings effectively are essential.

Responsibilities

• Utilize analytical tools to extract insights from large datasets.
• Prepare visualizations to help communicate complex data in a clear manner.
• Support the implementation of data governance policies.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses as required by management.
• Monitor key performance indicators and data trends to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with marketing to assist in data-driven campaign strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, or Computer Science
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics or similar role

• R Programming
• Machine Learning

Certifications

• Data Science Certification from IBM
• Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
