Job Description

As a Medical and Health Services Manager, you will oversee the operations of our assisted living facility, ensuring high-quality healthcare services are provided to residents. You will manage staff, handle budgets, and maintain compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the assisted living facility.
• Supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
• Develop and implement policies to ensure the highest levels of resident care and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of all resident care and facility operations.
• Communicate regularly with residents and their families.
• Resolve conflicts or issues that may arise.
• Monitor resident health and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Lead regular staff meetings to ensure open communication and shared goals.
• Stay informed about best practices in healthcare management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration
• Master's Degree in Healthcare Management preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in management role within healthcare

Technical Skills

• Microsoft Office Suite
• Healthcare Management Software

Advantageous

• Master's Degree in Healthcare Management: Higher education in a relevant field is advantageous.
