Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee our construction projects in Gauteng. The ideal candidate will manage site operations, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and supervise on-site workers. You will be pivotal in ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage site personnel to achieve project goals.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
  • Assist in developing project plans and timelines.
  • Facilitate effective communication between teams.
  • Implement safety programs and training for workers.
  • Coordinate logistics for materials and equipment.
  • Review and approve work performed by subcontractors.
  • Prepare detailed daily reports of site activities.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide updates.
  • Promote a culture of safety and accountability on-site.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction supervision
