Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will be crucial in ensuring the functionality of our IT systems. Your responsibilities will include responding to user requests, diagnosing issues, and implementing solutions. Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve helpdesk tickets related to IT support.
  • Assist with technology-related projects and implementations.
  • Support mobile devices and remote work technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.
  • Stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices in IT support.
  • Communicate with vendors for hardware and software support.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Diploma in IT or equivalent is acceptable
Experience
  • 2+ years in technical support or similar role
