Job Description

We are looking for an Industrial Engineering Technologist who will focus on designing, developing, and improving systems to enhance productivity and ensure high-quality output. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with engineers and production managers to identify inefficiencies and implement effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze production performance metrics.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations.
• Lead training sessions for new manufacturing processes.
• Document and report on project progress and outcomes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers for improved materials procurement.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field is advantageous.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an engineering role.

Technical Skills

• CAD Software
• Statistical Analysis Software
• ERP Systems

Certifications

• Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Simulation Software: Proficiency in using simulation tools for process optimization.
