Job Description

The successful candidate will act as the backbone of our project implementations. You'll use project management methodologies to create comprehensive project plans, handle resource allocation, and ensure projects are completed on time and to the expected quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Foster communication among project stakeholders to ensure all parties are informed and engaged.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project reports.
• Lead and mentor project team members, creating an environment for success.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field
• PMP certification is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of proven experience in project management

Technical Skills

• Agile Methodologies
• Microsoft Project

Certifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Construction Projects: Previous experience managing projects in the construction industry.
