Job Description

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve production processes to enhance efficiency.
• Develop process designs and systems for manufacturing.
• Conduct time and motion studies to benchmark performance.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and solve operational issues.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure product adherence to standards.
• Utilise data analysis tools to drive decision-making.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on operational improvements.
• Assist with project management for engineering initiatives.
• Develop and maintain documentation for procedures and standards.
• Evaluate suppliers and recommend improvements to maintain cost efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in an engineering role, preferably within manufacturing or production environments.
