Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for IT systems and applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Manage and maintain user accounts and access rights.
• Assist in network setup and configuration.

• Provide training and support to end-users on software and hardware.
• Document technical procedures and user guides.
• Collaborate with the IT team on project implementations.
• Ensure the security of IT systems and data.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology or related field

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in IT support roles
