You will be involved in developing and implementing security policies, executing vulnerability assessments, and conducting incident responses. An understanding of regulatory standards and compliance obligations is essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Perform threat assessments to identify potential weaknesses.
• Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to foster a secure environment.
• Provide training and awareness programs on cybersecurity best practices.
• Investigate and respond to security breaches and incidents.
• Conduct penetration testing to evaluate system vulnerabilities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cybersecurity regulations and compliance requirements.
• Work on improving security architecture and devising innovative solutions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Certification in Cybersecurity (CISSP, CEH, or similar) preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity or information security roles
