Job Description

As a Control Operator, you will be tasked with monitoring and controlling equipment systems to ensure operations run smoothly and safely. Your keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills will be critical in this role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve system performance metrics
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for equipment issues
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with the maintenance team on equipment upgrades
• Train new operators on equipment operations and safety protocols
• Review and optimise operational procedures for efficiency

Requirements

Education

• National Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or relevant qualification
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Technical Skills

• Equipment diagnostic tools

Languages

• English: Fluent
