Job Description

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to oversee our online sales strategies and optimize our e-commerce operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing our online presence and implementing effective marketing campaigns to boost online sales.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of the e-commerce product range and pricing strategy.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track performance metrics and ROI of online campaigns.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, ensuring high open and click-through rates.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers for creative marketing materials.
  • Present findings to senior management and propose actionable recommendations.
  • Assist in the management of the e-commerce website and its user interface.
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders to enhance brand visibility.
  • Develop a customer loyalty program to enhance retention.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Relevant certifications in e-commerce or digital marketing are a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in an e-commerce management role
