UX/UI Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our vibrant team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our digital products, conducting user research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement innovative designs. A deep understanding of user experience principles and UI best practices is essential.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for multiple platforms.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize user experience.
• Work with marketing to ensure brand consistency across designs.
• Prepare presentations for stakeholders to communicate design concepts.
• Collaborate with the product team to define user requirements.
• Create user journey maps to visualize user interactions.
• Review and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
• Document design processes and decisions for future reference.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field
• Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of practical experience in UX/UI roles

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
