User Experience Researcher

Job Description

As a User Experience Researcher, you'll play a critical role in shaping our products based on user feedback and research. Your insights will inform design decisions, improve user interactions, and ultimately enhance the overall user experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct contextual inquiries to understand user environments and behaviors.
• Utilize analytics tools to track user interactions with products.
• Facilitate design sprints and collaborate in agile development processes.
• Provide ongoing support to the design team by sharing insights.
• Assist in the creation of wireframes and prototypes based on research.
• Document processes and maintain a knowledge base of user insights.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree in UX Design or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in user experience research

Languages
