Project Manager

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Project Manager to join our team in Durban. The ideal candidate will have a solid track record in managing diverse projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and a commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present project proposals to stakeholders.
• Compile project documentation, including status reports and project closure documents.
• Track project expenditures and manage project budgets.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Act as a mentor to junior project managers and team members.
• Utilize project management software to improve efficiency and tracking.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Project Management or related field
• PMP or similar certification is highly advantageous

Experience

• 5-7 years of project management experience, preferably in diverse industries

Technical Skills

• Risk Management Tools
• Resource Allocation

Soft Skills

• Time Management
• Negotiation Skills

Certifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
