Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Produce architectural drawings and specifications according to project requirements.
  • Guide clients in material selection and spatial planning.
  • Conduct on-site inspections to ensure compliance with designs.
  • Facilitate communication across multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Assure project adherence to timelines and avoid delays.
  • Investigate new design technologies and sustainability practices.
  • Refine designs based on client and peer feedback.
  • Maintain project documentation and records.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture
  • Master's degree in Urban Design is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years relevant experience in architecture
