Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in managing building sites, leading teams, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage all site operations.
  • Evaluate project outcomes and provide suggestions for improvement.
  • Assist in the selection of subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies for efficient operations.
  • Train staff on safety procedures and best practices.
  • Report project progress to senior management on a regular basis.
  • Participate in project bidding and contract negotiations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
