Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient medication regimens for safety and efficacy.
• Participate in community outreach programs to promote health awareness.
• Monitor drug interactions and contraindications.
• Provide support and guidance for chronic disease management.
• Conduct medication therapy management consultations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm)
• Advanced Pharmacy Practice Certificate is an advantage

Experience

• 3 years of experience in retail pharmacy

• Medication Therapy Management
• Regulatory Compliance

Soft Skills

• Communication Skills
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Medication Therapy Management Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with pharmacy software systems: Familiarity with pharmacy management software and electronic health records.
• Leadership experience: Prior experience in a supervisory or management role within a pharmacy setting.
