Job Description

Join our team in Pretoria as a Systems Administrator, responsible for managing our IT resources and providing exceptional support. You will play a critical role in maintaining our systems and facilitating improvements in system performance and security.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain LAN, WAN, and VoIP systems.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions in various applications.
  • Implement security protocols and perform regular security audits.
  • Ensure regular backups and disaster recovery procedures are tested.
  • Provide technical support to staff and end users.
  • Collaborate with development and IT teams to address system issues.
  • Create and manage documentation for system configurations and procedures.
  • Assist in the installation and configuration of hardware and software.
  • Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for upgrades.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support or system administration
