We are seeking a dedicated Veterinarian to join our practice. In this role, you will handle various cases, advise pet owners on health matters, and contribute to our mission of exceptional animal healthcare in Durban.

Responsibilities

• Administer vaccines and perform preventive care treatments.
• Focus on client relationships, ensuring satisfaction with services.
• Manage postoperative care and follow-up for surgical patients.
• Interact with clients to understand their needs and concerns.
• Keep abreast of changes in best practices and applicable regulations.
• Participate in continuing education to enhance veterinary skills.
• Attend staff meetings and collaborate on practice improvements.

Requirements

Education

• BVSc or equivalent veterinary qualification
• Post-graduate studies preferred

Experience

• At least 5 years in a mixed practice environment is advantageous

• Anesthesia Management

Certifications

• Certification in Veterinary Dentistry
• Avian Veterinary Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
