Responsibilities

• Develop training programs for new and existing staff.
• Ensure effective visual merchandising in alignment with the brand.
• Participate in recruiting and onboarding new employees.
• Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key customers.
• Drive store promotions and events to boost sales.
• Perform market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Utilize customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
• Work collaboratively with other store managers in the region.
• Implement and maintain health and safety standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or related field
• Master's degree in Business Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a retail leadership role
