Job Description

As a Quiller Tender, you'll operate and maintain our quilling machines, ensuring smooth production processes. You'll play a critical role in delivering high-quality craft materials that meet industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the quilling machine at high efficiency.
• Ensure that all quality checks are conducted and documented.
• Adjust settings on the machine to achieve the required production specifications.
• Perform troubleshooting and repairs on the machine as needed.
• Record production metrics and submit reports to the Production Manager.
• Assist in training new team members on machine operation.
• Work closely with quality control teams to manage product standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate
• Relevant technical qualification would be advantageous

Experience

• Previous experience operating a quilling machine in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Quilling machine operation
• Machine maintenance

Languages

• English: Fluent
