Job Description

The Ceramic Capacitor Processor is responsible for operating and maintaining machines and equipment in the production of ceramic capacitors. The ideal candidate will have experience with manufacturing processes, an eye for detail, and a strong commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Manage equipment setup and operation for capacitor production.
• Identify and rectify defects in the production line promptly.
• Train new operators on machines and safety protocols.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
• Lead efforts to enhance productivity and minimize waste.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Diploma in Manufacturing Technology is preferred

Experience

• Experience in electronic component manufacturing preferred

Technical Skills

• Technical Drawings Interpretation
• Manufacturing Software

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Communication

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Lean manufacturing experience: Experience working in an environment focused on waste reduction and efficiency.
• Familiarity with safety regulations in manufacturing: Understanding of safety best practices within a manufacturing setting.
