Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Records Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and files, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies, and providing support to other departments as needed.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming records and ensure they are classified appropriately.
  • Conduct audits to identify areas for improvement in record management.
  • Maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive information.
  • Produce reports on record management activities.
  • Monitor compliance with established policies and regulations.
  • Coordinate with IT to optimize digital records systems.
  • Assist in preparing for internal and external audits.
Job Requirements
  • Matric certificate or equivalent
  • Certificate or Diploma in Records Management or relevant field
  • Excellent organizational skills Ability to keep records organized in a systematic manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong skills in Excel and Word for documentation.
  • Experience with Records Management Systems Familiarity with software used for tracking and managing records.
  • Attention to detail Exceptional focus on accuracy in maintaining records.
  • Effective communication skills Capable of communicating clearly with colleagues and external parties.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively Successfully manage tasks both solo and as part of a team.
  • English (Fluent)

  • Experience in a regulated industry: Experience in sectors such as healthcare or finance that require strict records management.
  • Knowledge of digital tools: Ability to utilize various digital tools for optimization of records management.
