Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Records Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and files, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies, and providing support to other departments as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming records and ensure they are classified appropriately.
  • Conduct audits to identify areas for improvement in record management.
  • Maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive information.
  • Produce reports on record management activities.
  • Monitor compliance with established policies and regulations.
  • Coordinate with IT to optimize digital records systems.
  • Assist in preparing for internal and external audits.

Requirements

Education
  • Certificate or Diploma in Records Management or relevant field
  • Experience with electronic records management systems
Experience
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in records management or administration.
Technical Skills

Languages
