Responsibilities

• Provide patient counselling and medication management services.
• Handle prescription refills and medication therapy management.
• Assist in the development and implementation of pharmacy protocols.
• Ensure the pharmacy environment is clean, organized, and compliant.
• Train and mentor pharmacy interns and support staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Postgraduate qualifications in clinical pharmacy are advantageous.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in community pharmacy or hospital pharmacy
