Responsibilities

• Monitor patient vitals and provide timely interventions as needed.
• Assist in the development of nursing care plans based on patient needs.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment plans accurately.
• Foster a therapeutic relationship with patients and their families.
• Work with interdisciplinary teams to promote integrated care.
• Respond to patient inquiries and offer support to enhance their experiences.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training.

Requirements

Education

• Registered Nursing qualification (degree or diploma)
• Postgraduate diploma in Nursing or related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of nursing experience in critical care or emergency settings

Technical Skills

• IV Therapy
• Patient Education

Soft Skills

• Critical Thinking
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Registered Nurse License
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with electronic health records (EHR): Familiarity with EHR systems for efficient patient care management.
• Prior experience in a leadership role: Experience leading teams or mentoring junior nurses.
