Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Mental Health Consultant to join our team. You will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to clients, helping them navigate their mental health journeys while promoting a healthier community.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy sessions to individuals and groups.
• Assess and evaluate clients' mental health conditions.
• Create detailed treatment strategies for each client.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care.
• Plan and lead educational workshops on mental health topics.
• Handle urgent mental health crises with appropriate interventions.
• Document and update treatment records accurately.
• Engage in continuous professional development.
• Contribute to community mental health initiatives.
• Support families of clients with relevant resources.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Psychology or Social Work
• Registration with relevant professional body is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in mental health support services
