Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our dynamic team in Pretoria. In this role, you will oversee various HR functions, ensuring effective recruitment processes, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach to HR management and contribute to developing a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment and staffing logistics.
• Develop and implement effective HR strategies that support business goals.
• Conduct employee training sessions on HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives.
• Support disciplinary procedures as needed.
• Prepare HR reports for management.
• Evaluate and enhance employee benefits and perks.
• Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR queries.
• Keep policy manuals up to date.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in an HR generalist role
