Public Health Analyst

Job Description

As a Public Health Analyst, you will work closely with health practitioners and local organizations in Johannesburg, leveraging data to inform public health initiatives and policies aimed at reducing health disparities and promoting community well-being.

Responsibilities

• Utilize software tools to manage and analyze health data.
• Design and evaluate health monitoring systems.
• Prepare publications for stakeholder engagement and reporting.
• Conduct field research and surveys to gather insights.
• Advise management on public health trends and emerging issues.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology or a related field
• Master's degree in Public Health is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in health program evaluation and analysis
