Responsibilities

• Regularly monitor and document patient health data.
• Provide compassionate care and support to patients and families.
• Ensure adherence to clinical guidelines and protocols.
• Document patient progress and care interventions accurately.
• Engage in health education initiatives for patients and the community.
• Work with a range of healthcare professionals to enhance care delivery.
• Assist in training and supervising junior nursing staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Relevant nursing specialization is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting

Certifications

• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
