Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Hand Loom Weaver to produce high-quality fabrics for our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining looms, ensuring fabric production meets required standards, and contributing to innovative textile designs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and alter looms for various textile projects.
• Monitor the weaving process to ensure consistency and quality.
• Select appropriate yarns and colors for each project.
• Coordinate with other weavers to streamline production.
• Assist in training new weavers on techniques and equipment.
• Adapt to changing designs and specifications quickly.
• Participate in regular team meetings to enhance production processes.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Training or apprenticeship in textiles or similar field preferred

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in hand loom weaving or related field

Languages
