Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative who is passionate about helping customers. In this role, you will be the first line of contact for our clients, resolving inquiries, and providing solutions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards customer interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans.
  • Work alongside developers to troubleshoot issues and identify solutions.
  • Conduct manual testing and automate test scripts where applicable.
  • Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents.
  • Track quality assurance metrics and report findings to the team.
  • Ensure timely and effective issue resolution before project deadlines.
  • Maintain a repository of test assets for future projects.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in software testing
Technical Skills
  • QA Testing
  • Automation Tools (Selenium)

Certifications
  • ISTQB Certified Tester
Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous
