Job Description

We are on the lookout for a talented Fashion Designer who can infuse passion and creativity into our brand. Your role will involve researching fashion trends, sketching designs, selecting fabrics, and working closely with production teams to ensure that the final product meets our standards and celebrates our unique identity.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from conception through production.
• Collaborate with stylists to align designs with current fashion trends.
• Conduct fittings with models and adjust designs accordingly.
• Manage budgets for materials and resources used in the design process.
• Engage in creative brainstorming sessions with the design team.
• Update design documentation and timelines as needed.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials related to fashion designs.
• Analyze sales reports to gauge the success of previous collections.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field
• Diploma in Fashion Merchandising is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years in the fashion industry
