We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Apparel Development Specialist to join our team in Durban. In this role, you will oversee the design and development of new apparel lines, ensuring that each product meets our high standards for quality, innovation, and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Document and track all development processes and outcomes.
• Facilitate communication between design, production, and marketing teams.
• Ensure compliance with sustainability practices in sourcing.
• Evaluate competitors and contribute to product innovation.
• Manage project budgets and adjust as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Technology, or related field
• Postgraduate diploma is preferred

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in a similar role
