We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple projects in our Cape Town office. The role requires effective communication with various stakeholders and managing resources efficiently. Responsibilities

  • Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Liaise with clients to gather project requirements and feedback.
  • Create and manage project schedules using project management software.
  • Coordinate with team members to assign tasks and manage workloads.
  • Evaluate project performance metrics and implement improvements.
  • Conduct regular meetings with the project team and stakeholders to review progress.
  • Identify potential project risks and implement strategies to mitigate.
  • Maintain up-to-date project documentation and archives.
  • Ensure projects are completed in compliance with company standards.
  • Support the growth and development of junior project team members.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Project Management or Business Management
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in project management
