Job Description

As a Structural Engineer in our firm, you will tackle complex engineering challenges, applying your knowledge in structural analysis and design. You will collaborate closely with architects and contractors to bring visionary projects to life while ensuring our structures meet the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement structural designs using software tools.
  • Direct site personnel on structural matters.
  • Research and apply best practices in structural engineering.
  • Create and maintain project documentation.
  • Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Present design ideas to clients and stakeholders.
  • Assist in obtaining all necessary permissions and permits.
  • Evaluate existing structures and recommend retrofitting solutions.
  • Prepare project reports and presentations.
  • Mentor junior engineers and interns.

Requirements

Education
  • BSc or equivalent in Civil Engineering
  • MSc in Structural Engineering preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in a structural engineering role, preferably in a consultancy setting.
