Responsibilities

  • Direct hotel operations ensuring high performance standards and guest satisfaction.
  • Create a positive team environment through effective leadership and training.
  • Manage financial performance, including P&L statements and operational budgets.
  • Engage with guests to understand their needs and enhance their stay.
  • Work with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Address and resolve guest issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities and services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and partners.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is an advantage
Experience
  • Five or more years in a management role within the hospitality sector
