Responsibilities
Oversee all banquet operations to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
Prepare detailed event schedules and checklists to ensure no detail is overlooked.
Engage with clients pre- and post-event to gather feedback and foster relationships.
Manage event execution to exceed client expectations, from setup to service delivery.
Prepare reports on event performance and staff efficiency.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to finalize menus and ensure quality food service.
Implement strategies for improving overall event operations.
