Responsibilities

• Develop financial strategies tailored to client needs.
• Lead negotiations during mergers and acquisitions processes.
• Conduct market research to identify viable investment opportunities.
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Engage with industry contacts to source potential clients and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations in all transactions.
• Evaluate the financial health of client companies.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all client interactions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in investment banking or financial services
