HR Generalist

Job Description

As an HR Generalist at Leading HR Solutions Ltd., you will be responsible for implementing HR policies, handling payroll and benefits administration, and managing employee relations. We are looking for someone proactive and knowledgeable in HR practices, capable of aligning HR strategies with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the entire recruitment lifecycle from job design to onboarding.
• Work with management to create a positive employee culture.
• Manage HR administration tasks including employee records and HRIS.
• Assist in policy formulation and communicate changes to employees.
• Support conflict resolution and mediate employee disputes.
• Conduct trainings on HR policies and employee rights.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas of improvement.
• Assist in annual performance review processes.
• Coordinate wellness and team-building activities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• HR certification (e.g. CIPD, SHRM) is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in HR roles
