This role involves conducting complex financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and providing insightful financial reports to support strategic business decisions. The successful candidate will demonstrate an aptitude for data analysis, possess strong communication skills, and be eager to contribute to our financial team's success.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth analysis on key financial metrics and present findings.
• Develop and track KPIs to measure financial performance.
• Provide support during financial planning and strategic sessions.
• Conduct market research to inform investment strategies.
• Actively participate in quarterly financial reviews and presentations.
• Liaise with external auditors as required.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior financial analysts.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accounting
• Post-graduate qualification is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in the finance sector
