Responsibilities

• Execute routine inspections and maintenance checks on site.
• Identify and resolve maintenance requests efficiently.
• Participate in the implementation of new maintenance programs.
• Ensure tools and equipment are maintained and in good working condition.
• Maintain communication with management regarding operational issues.
• Assist in training junior staff as needed.
• Document all maintenance work and report any safety hazards.
• Support urgent repairs across different departments.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Trade Certification in relevant field is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in maintenance and repair

Technical Skills

• Welding
• Carpentry
• General Maintenance

Certifications

• Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM)
• Safety Training Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with electronic systems: Familiarity with modern electronic systems and control panels.
