Job Description

We are actively seeking skilled Rolling Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our dynamic production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery to finish and polish metal rods, ensuring they meet required quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor rolling machines to fabricate metal rods.
• Perform quality checks on finished products before packaging.
• Adjust machine settings based on production requirements.
• Contribute suggestions for improving production efficiency.
• Collaborate with quality control to ensure compliance with standards.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals.
• Assist in training junior staff on machine operations.
• Engage in problem-solving discussions to overcome production challenges.
• Maintain an organized workspace for efficiency.
• Follow all health and safety regulations strictly.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Completed training in metalworking is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in metal rod finishing.

Technical Skills

• Precision Work

Languages

• English: Fluent
