Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues during the manufacturing process.

• Lead efforts to reduce waste and improve the sustainability of chemical processes.
• Educate and train team members on new processes and safety procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures to mitigate potential hazards.
• Liaise with suppliers to source chemicals and materials necessary for production.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in chemical engineering or related industry
