We are seeking an Industrial Engineer to join our team in Durban. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of engineering principles and a passion for optimizing processes. You will be responsible for analyzing operational procedures and developing solutions to enhance efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement systems that support operational efficiencies.
• Assist in the development of workflow diagrams and process maps.
• Support the integration of new technologies into existing systems.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to enhance productivity.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Lead initiatives aimed at reducing waste and improving quality.
• Analyze market trends to inform strategic planning.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field
• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in process improvement roles

Certifications

• Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE)
